Bumps Terms and Conditions


Shipping Cost

$10 Bucks.  That’s it.  We express ship all orders within Australia for $10. You will be emailed a tracking number for all orders.


Dispatch and Delivery Times

We dispatch most orders within two working days.  Skis requiring mounting may take longer to get out the door.

For smaller items we us Australia Post’s Express service.  In urban areas this is typically a next day service. Click here for delivery estimate for your Postcode.

Bulky items are typically sent by Startrack Express.  Delivery times are 1-4 working days depending on your location.

If you are in Metro Melbourne we send most orders with Couriers Please.  Delivery times are typically 1 to 2 working days.


Bulky Items

Our policy is to ship all bulky items via Startrack Express.

As such we require a business address to ensure a prompt despatch and a speedy delivery. Startrack will NOT leave goods without a receiver’s signature. We are unable to dispatch bulky items without a Business Address that is attended from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please provide the business name, address and the person’s name who is responsible for receipt. You will be sent a tracking/consignment number to track your delivery with .

CouriersPlease may be used for some Melbourne metro consignments.


International Deliveries

We do not ship outside of Australia. Sorry.


Holiday Deliveries

Leading into the holiday period our freight partners are very busy.  Please allow extra time for delivery to avoid disappointment.



We do Not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully. If you require some advice before ordering call the store on 03 95282701.

My item does not fit

Please select your size carefully.  We provide fitting guides for all of our outerwear to help you get it right the first time.

If you are not happy with the fit of the item we will exchange it for the correct size.  You must cover the cost to return the goods but we will dispatch the new size free of charge.  All returns must be received within 14 days of the order being placed.

I no longer want my item.

Please select your size carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.  We do, however, offer exchanges and credit notes. 

If you change your mind you must cover the cost to return the goods.  We can offer you a credit note for the amount you paid less the shipping.  All returns must be received within 14 days of the order being placed.

Faulty Items and Warrantees

If you feel that your item is faulty or not fit for purpose please get in touch using our contact us page or call 03 9528 2701 and we will work to find a solution.


Returns Process

Please use the following procedure for all returns;

  1. Get in touch using the contact us form and provide us with the following information;
    1. Order Number
    2. Name
    3. Delivery Address.
    4. Item to be returned
    5. Reason for the return
    6. Your preference for a replacement item or credit note.
    7. Once we receive your request we will provide you with a Return Authorisation number.
  • Send the item at your cost. All returns must be;
  • Clearly display the Return Authorisation number
  • New and  unworn
  • In original Packaging
  • Packed in a way that protects the item.
  • Once we receive your item. We will dispatch your replacement items or issue a credit note.
  • Please note that replacement items will not be dispatched until the returned items have been received


            Accepted Payments Methods

            We Accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

            What if I don’t have a credit card?

            We are only able to accept Credit Cards for online transactions.  If you do not wish to use a card please call shop on 03 9528 2701 and we can make arrangements for a bank transfer.  Please note that orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

            Promo Codes

            From time to time we offer special promo codes.  If you are lucky enough to have a code, simply enter it into the box in your cart.

            Gift Vouchers

            Choose any value between $20 and $5000 for all your gift giving needs!

            Once purchased a receipt will automatically be emailed to you and you can elect for the electronic copy to be emailed to the recipient. During this process you can customise a message to the recipient.

            Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the original purchase date. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Identification will be required should a voucher be lost.  



            BUMPS is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect personal information from you that is necessary for one or more of our functions and activities. When we collect personal information from you we do so in a fair manner and always ensure you are aware of how to contact our organisation.

            We collect information from you when you sign up to become a friend BUMPS and when you order goods to be delivered. The personal information collected is to enable us to perform these functions.

            We will only disclose elements of your information to third parties who are helping us to perform these core functions. So, third parties assisting us with the delivery of goods to you or the delivery of our seasonal newsletter.

            You can gain access to your information by emailing or calling us.

            We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up to date.

            We will also take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

            If you wish to be removed from our friends of BUMPS database or opt out of receiving special offers or communications from us, please contact us and we will remove your personal information from our records.


            The information you provide to a BUMPS web site covered by this policy is protected in transit by using a network protocol called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is the industry standard technology for secure online transactions. A simple way to know your transmission is protected is by referencing the URL. If it starts with https:// you can be assured that it is using SSL. Transactions are processed only from secure browsers. These browsers encrypt the information sent using SSL, which scrambles the data to make it extremely difficult for anyone who intercepts the information to read it. BUMPS has contracted with an online Merchant Services provider (National Australia Bank) with the goal of protecting our customers' personal and financial information. Transmissions from this vendor to credit card processors also are encrypted and sent via dedicated leased private circuits. In addition, the computers housing the data are protected by physical security measures, including more than one level of locked access.

            REMINDER: In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you must promptly notify the card issuer pursuant to its reporting rules and procedures.

            Safeguarding Information
            To minimize the risk of loss and/or additional expenses that could occur from compromised cardholder information, BUMPS merchants WILL NOT retain any of the following information electronically:

            Credit Card number
            CVV number
            Card expiration date

            The protection of your personal information is important to BUMPS, and as a result, we do not accept payment via email.
            BUMPS protects against unauthorized disclosures by limiting access only to those of our employees who need the information to do their jobs.
