$10. That’s it, for most items. We express ship most orders within Australia for $10. Bulky or heavy items like skis, snowboards, larger boxes and anything longer than 100cm or are charged at $20 due to extra manual handling charges charged by road freight companies. You will be emailed a tracking number for all orders.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
We dispatch most orders within two working days. Skis requiring mounting may take longer to get out the door.
For smaller items we use Australia Post’s Express service. In urban areas this is typically a next business day service. Click here for delivery estimate for your Postcode.
Bulky items are typically sent by Startrack Express. Delivery times are 2-4 working days depending on your location.
If you are in Metro Melbourne we send most orders with Couriers Please. Delivery times are typically 1 to 2 working days.

Adjustment
- Screwed cuff alignment pivot: This easy to remove 45 mm thick strap holds the lower leg securely in place and optimizes power transmission, while an elastic section enhances rebound and progressiveness.
Boot Shell
- Custom Shell™ HD: The Custom Shell™ HD process lets bootfitters personalize to the boot’s lower shell or the shell and cuff, in 10 minutes while thin wall construction and new materials keep the foot closer to the shell
- sensiFIT™ insert: The soft PU SensiFit™ insert on the external side of the shell makes it super easy to step in the boot, delivering easy step-in and anatomical wrapping of the instep.
- Polyurethane: A material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, reliable progressivity and good power transmission.
Cuff
- Women calf adjuster: The Women Calf Adjuster allows more fitting options (perimeter +11mm & height +4mm) that adapt to different women's calf morphologies.
- Power spine: This metal plate links the cuff and the shell to provide strong back support, progressive rebound out of the turn, and powerful forward flex no matter the snow conditions.
- Polyurethane: Material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, progressivity and good power transmission.
- Exowrap™: A unique shell and liner construction that works as a complete system, powered by the BOA® Fit System to wrap your foot with precision and deliver maximum foothold and performance.
Extra Services
- Full service: The buckles, toothplate, strap & oversized pivot are screwable so dismantling the boot is easy, granting easy access to all parts when bootfitters work on customizing the fit.
Insole
- Light 2 footbed: Slightly shaped, lightweight footbed made of special, lighter foams.
Liner
- Custom Tongue 6: This reworked removable tongue features an edgeless construction for instant comfort, premium finishes, and endless customization options for a truly tailored fit.
- S/Pro CF Expert: A pre-shaped liner with cushioned foams, external Talyn® for a precise fit, an elastic toe box for extra space, and a fully customizable edgeless tongue for a tailored, premium fit.
Pads
- Gripwalk premounted ISO 23223: Gripwalk pads are premounted and their specific shape offers improved walking comfort and more grip no matter the conditions.
Tightening
- 1 screwed BOA® Fit System: The BOA® Fit System delivers micro-adjustable, precision fit engineered to perform in the toughest conditions. It also offers superior heel hold and edge-to-edge control.
- 2 screwed aluminium: Two screwable buckles that are easy to remove for bootfitting and repair purposes.
Strap
- Screwed Velcro® 45mm: This 45 mm thick strap holds the foot securely in place and optimizes power transmission. It is easy to remove or replace as it is screwed in with two screws.
