Boot Selection & Fit
Skiers come in many shapes and sizes, and everyone can require very different features from their ski boots. From beginners and intermediates to advanced skiers, freestyle park skiers and ski racers, everyone also has a uniquely shaped foot.
The ski boot selection stage is where our ski boot fitter selects the most appropriate ski boots for you to try on, based on an understanding of your skier profile and the ski boot shape required to suit your foot. This includes foot width, height, lateral and medial shape, heel shape, ankle placement, volume, and the shape of the lower and upper leg.
Once the appropriate ski boot options have been selected, each skier tries on the boots while the boot fitter explains which sensations are positive and which may indicate a poor fit.
With the help and guidance of your ski boot fitter, the process of choosing the correct boot is made easy, and the next steps towards achieving the best possible fit will be outlined.
