Bootfitting - Assessment

Assessment

The assessment begins with an open discussion about your past skiing experience, or lack thereof, your expectations, previous boot issues, and the desired balance between comfort and performance.

Next, we need to learn about your feet, which we do by analysing them from a biomechanical perspective. This includes understanding the movement and flexibility of the foot and ankle, then determining what type of support is needed and how much.

The next step is to perform functional skier movement tests to observe any flexibility or range-of-motion issues that may affect your skiing.
