$10. That’s it, for most items. We express ship most orders within Australia for $10.  Bulky items like skis, snowboards and anything longer than 100cm are charged at $20 due to extra manual handling charges charged by road freight companies. We use Startrack Express. You will be emailed a tracking number for all orders. 

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We dispatch most orders within two working days.  Skis requiring mounting may take longer to get out the door.

For smaller items we us Australia Post’s Express service.  In urban areas this is typically a next day service. Click here for delivery estimate for your Postcode.

Bulky items are typically sent by Startrack Express.  Delivery times are 2-4 working days depending on your location. 

If you are in Metro Melbourne we send most orders with Couriers Please.  Delivery times are typically 1 to 2 working days.

Description

Norrona's most versatile ski/snowboard midlayer.

This half-zip fleece jacket is made for freeriding and works for mountaineering, trekking, and general outdoor.

It’s made with different Polartec® fabrics to provide optimal thermal performance and comfort.

Norrona uses Polartec® Power Grid™ 186 g/m2 (89% recycled polyester, 11% elastane) in the back, stomach area, underarm, and hood because it offers excellent quick-drying and moisture-wicking properties. This patented grid design structure is a way to reduce fabric weight while increasing warmth and compressibility. Open-air channels surrounding each segment of the grid allow easy release of all excess body heat as it builds during activity.

The shoulders, neck, and top sleeve are made in Polartec® Thermal Pro® 193 g/m2 (100% recycled polyester) because of its superb warmth-to-weight ratio. This unique knit technique creates air pockets that trap air and retain body heat, providing outstanding warmth to weight. Not only are they supremely comfortable, but these fabrics offer excellent breathability, dry quickly, and are very pill-resistant.

Key features include a snug hood that fits under the helmet, a two-way half front zip, a hand-warming pocket, a chest pocket, and comfortable, stretchy cuffs with thumb holes. Side front zip to avid zipper layering. Placement of pocket easy access when opening the jacket.

The jacket has a technical fit with Y-cut and articulated arms for good movement and it’s made to fit underneath a bib.

  • The ability to maximize base efficiency through enhanced performance benefits is central to the design of Power Grid™ fabric. By constructing a symmetrical grid pattern Polartec were able to not only increase thermal warmth and mechanical wicking capabilities, but actually reduce the overall fabric mass and weight. Benefits of products using the Power Grid® are fast drying, great breathability, lightweight and easy care.
