$10. That’s it, for most items. We express ship most orders within Australia for $10. Bulky or heavy items like skis, snowboards, larger boxes and anything longer than 100cm or are charged at $20 due to extra manual handling charges charged by road freight companies. You will be emailed a tracking number for all orders.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
We dispatch most orders within two working days. Skis requiring mounting may take longer to get out the door.
For smaller items we use Australia Post’s Express service. In urban areas this is typically a next business day service. Click here for delivery estimate for your Postcode.
Bulky items are typically sent by Startrack Express. Delivery times are 2-4 working days depending on your location.
If you are in Metro Melbourne we send most orders with Couriers Please. Delivery times are typically 1 to 2 working days.

If you’re looking for a reliable and lightweight pole for touring (and one you can use for days on the piste as well), the Atomic BCT Touring SQS is a great option. It’s made from highest grade aluminum giving it lots of strength. It’s telescopic with easy length adjustment (95cm-145cm) so you can match it to the gradient of your climb. Atomic has also added SQS (Safety Quick Release System) that instantly releases your strap under tension to prevent injuries. And then we’ve finished it off with an extended ergonomic EVA grip so you can hold your pole further down on climbs. Enjoy your tour!
