$10. That’s it, for most items. We express ship most orders within Australia for $10. Bulky items like skis, snowboards and anything longer than 100cm are charged at $20 due to extra manual handling charges charged by road freight companies. You will be emailed a tracking number for all orders.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
We dispatch most orders within two working days. Skis requiring mounting may take longer to get out the door.
For smaller items we use Australia Post’s Express service. In urban areas this is typically a next day service. Click here for delivery estimate for your Postcode.
Bulky items are typically sent by Startrack Express. Delivery times are 2-4 working days depending on your location.
If you are in Metro Melbourne we send most orders with Couriers Please. Delivery times are typically 1 to 2 working days.

Once purchased a PAYMENT receipt will automatically be emailed to you and you can elect for the electronic copy of the GIFT VOUCHER to be emailed to the recipient. During this process you can customise a message to the recipient.
GIFT VOUCHER will be sent at time of payment - if you would like to delay gifting we recommend sending the Gift Voucher to yourself (using the Recipient email address) and forwarding it at the date of your choosing.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the original purchase date. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Identification will be required should a voucher be lost.
